THE SPACE
Sit back and relax while you enjoy all the comforts of home in this wonderful villa in southwest Florida. The place is located in the beautiful and safe community known as "The Springs" which is just a short drive away from the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Some local attractions include biking, kayaking, golfing, Coconut Point shopping, Miromar Outlets, and Gulf Coast Town Center. There is a heated community pool with a clubhouse for your enjoyment. This place is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, spacious living and dining area, and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. We provide just about everything you might need for an excellent vacation here in sunny southwest Florida. For your comfort, this home is equipped with beach towels, chairs, cooler, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, full washer and dryer, hair dryers, 2 cable TV's, and free WIFI. The unit is stocked with some mini "starter" supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies can be purchased from one of the many drugstores or grocery stores just a short drive away.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have the entire home to yourselves with a private patio as well as access to the clubhouse which includes tennis, ping pong, pool table, and a heated pool. Just bring your sunscreen and flip flops!
