We welcome you to stay in this amazing vacation home with all the amenities and comforts of home in Southwest Florida. Enjoy relaxing in this wonderful two bedroom (one king, one queen), two full bathroom unit with a private patio and a spacious kitchen. Spend your days relaxing by the pool or playing tennis and shuffleboard. Check out some local attractions of Ft Myers Beach, Naples, and Sanibel Island all within just a short drive of the home.
THE SPACE
Sit back and relax while you enjoy all the comforts of home in this fun, colorful villa in southwest Florida. The place is located in the quaint and safe community known as "The Springs" which is just a short drive away from the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, and Naples (15 miles from most popular beaches). Some local attractions include biking, kayaking, golfing, Coconut Point shopping, Miromar Outlets, and Gulf Coast Town Center. There is a heated community pool with a clubhouse for your enjoyment. This place is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, spacious living/ dining area, and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. We provide just about everything you might need for an excellent vacation here in sunny southwest Florida. For your comfort, this home is equipped with beach towels, chairs, cooler, microwave, coffee and tea makers, dishwasher, full washer and dryer, hair dryers, two cable TVs, and free WIFI. The unit is stocked with some mini "starter" supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies can be purchased from one of the many drugstores or grocery stores just a short drive away.
GUEST ACCESS
Self check in with the lock box on your schedule! Get ready to entire home to yourselves with a private patio as well as access to the clubhouse which includes tennis, ping pong, pool table, and a heated pool. Just bring your sunscreen and flip flops!
